2. Detailed quote. You get a written estimate that itemizes materials, labour, permits, and timeline. The number on the quote is the number you pay, unless you change the scope.
3. Permits and approvals. We handle all building permits, MNRF applications, and township submissions. You sign where needed, and we do the rest.
4. Construction. Our crew shows up on the scheduled date with the right equipment and materials. We keep the site clean and communicate progress throughout the build.
5. Final walkthrough. When the project is done, we walk through it together. If anything is not right, we fix it before we leave.
